Queensland State Rebate

Queensland's Battery Booster program closed on 8 May 2024. Only the federal rebate is now available.

  • Battery Booster program closed 8 May 2024 - no longer accepting applications
  • Federal rebate (~$372/kWh in 2025, ~$3,720 for 10kWh) available from 1 July 2025
  • This reduces battery installation costs by around 30%
  • Queensland has excellent solar conditions (5.0+ sun hours/day)
  • VPP programs offer additional income opportunities
