The ACT offers low-interest loans (3%) up to $15,000 through the Sustainable Household Scheme, stackable with the federal rebate.

- ✓Changed from zero-interest to 3% interest on 1 July 2025
- ✓Repayable over up to 10 years
- ✓Concession card holders can access zero-interest loans via Home Energy Support Program
